Manage your prospects with prospecting lists

Manage your unqualified contacts in prospecting lists and turn them into leads once they are qualified.

Leads are at the heart of noCRM, but prospecting lists are ideal to manage your prospects, that is, your unqualified contacts. Instead of managing them in an Excel file and then creating the leads manually, you manage them directly in noCRM and turn a prospect into a lead in a few seconds once it is qualified.

Best practice: Turn a prospect into a lead only once it is qualified, so that your pipeline only contains real sales opportunities.

How do you create a prospecting list?

Follow these steps:

  1. Click Cold prospects at the top of the app.

  2. Click New prospecting list.

  3. Choose New empty list or Import from Excel.

You can fill a prospecting list in several ways:

  • Manually.

  • By importing an existing Excel or CSV file.

  • By importing your Google contacts.

Note: Importing a file always creates a new prospecting list. To add new prospects to an existing list, copy and paste them into it or import a new file.

How do you feed a prospecting list automatically?

You can also feed an existing prospecting list automatically through the API or no-code integrations, such as Zapier or Make (formerly Integromat).

What can you do with advanced prospecting lists?

Advanced prospecting lists let you:

  • Edit columns during the import.

  • Use color codes.

  • Add comments automatically to the lead's comments when you create a lead.

  • Call your prospects from the list (click-to-call).

  • Send an email from the list.

  • Filter your contacts, and more.
