Email integration comes with noCRM inbox. All the emails that you receive from your prospects and leads will be placed here, for a better management of your email activities. Everything is in a single place so that you know to what emails you need to reply!
⚠️ The fact that you read & reply to your emails from noCRM does not mean it will be marked as read in your usual email account. Also, if you wish to reply to your prospects or leads directly from your usual inbox, you can, and the answers will automatically be attached to their forms inside noCRM!
⚠️⚠️ If you delete emails from your inbox, they will be deleted from the lead too! Admins can choose to say that "only admins can delete emails" from the Account Settings of the account.
