# Find and assign unassigned leads

Find the leads that are not assigned yet and assign them to the right sales rep.

Unassigned leads are leads created as unassigned [from your website's contact form](https://help.nocrm.io/en/articles/99-from-your-contact-form.md) or from a [Prospecting List](https://help.nocrm.io/en/articles/95-from-prospecting-lists.md).

[In the Dashboard of your noCRM account](https://help.nocrm.io/en/articles/25-the-dashboard.md), the **Unassigned leads** widget lists these leads so that, as a manager, you can quickly assign them to your sales reps and have them start working on them right away. You can also open this list from **Cold prospects** > **Unassigned leads**.

## How to work on unassigned leads before assigning them?

Working on an unassigned lead helps you qualify it before assigning it to the sales rep in charge of managing it. This way, your sales rep has all the information needed to [move the lead through the sales process](https://www.nocrm.io/academy/how-to-set-up-a-consistent-sales-process).

Just like for any assigned lead, you can [add an amount](https://help.nocrm.io/en/articles/105-amount-probability.md), a probability, choose an [estimated closing date](https://help.nocrm.io/en/articles/106-estimated-closing-date.md), add tags, use the click-to-call system and add attachments.

## Which bulk actions are available?

You can also perform bulk actions on unassigned leads:

-   Assign them to a sales rep or a team.
    
-   Add tags.
    
-   Delete them.
