# Track your won leads on the Dashboard

Compare the leads you've won this month with the previous 2 months.

On the Dashboard of your account, the **Won leads** widget compares the leads you've won this month with the previous 2 months.

This data helps you know if you're reaching your sales goals, see quickly how you're performing and whether you need to improve your [sales process organization](https://www.nocrm.io/academy/how-to-set-up-a-consistent-sales-process).

## Which data do you see?

As a user, you see your own data. As an admin, you see the total amount of won leads in the account.
