Thanks to this customizable widget in noCRM, admins can create their own HTML widget to share information with the whole team, such as a sales meeting or the sales goal for the month, or to highlight a specific external website.
Create your widget
Follow these steps:
Click your avatar at the top right.
Go to Admin panel > Account management > Preferences.
In the Homepage & Navigation section, click Create a customized Dashboard widget.
Choose the size of the widget.
Choose between an external page (enter a URL) and HTML text.
Choose between HTML and IFRAME mode
The widget can be HTML or IFRAME.
In HTML mode, you can add HTML content, including JavaScript and IFRAME elements. You have access to certain variables, such as the email address, name and ID of the logged-in user. This can be very useful to display a link to sales forms or documents pointing to your internal information system.
IFRAME mode lets you point to an external source on the web and can help you include some resources from your website directly in noCRM. The only constraint is that the IFRAME URL must be served under the secure HTTPS protocol. You can use any exposed variable in your IFRAME URL.
