Advanced prospecting lists give you more tools to qualify your prospects before turning them into leads.
With advanced prospecting lists, you can:
Set the estimated closing date of a lead directly in the list, before turning the row into a lead.
Add comments to a prospect: they are automatically added to the lead's comments when you create the lead.
Use a sales script to qualify your prospects more efficiently, with a script created from scratch or from a template.
Send emails to your prospects, written from scratch or from email templates, and track whether they are opened, thanks to the email integration.
Use color codes to highlight your contacts, as in an Excel sheet: right-click a row and select Set row color.
Filter your prospects, for example to show only those still to qualify or to hide cancelled ones.
Call a prospect or send them an email right away: right-click a row and select Call or E-Mail.
Add a date column with a date picker, for example to note the last time you contacted a prospect.
To enhance your prospecting activity, prospecting lists include a prospect browser. It helps you find and update information easily, without getting lost in the spreadsheet. Follow these steps:
Click the name of the prospect, in the first column: a pop-up opens with the information of the row, a comment area and other tools.
Browse from one prospect to another with the arrows, and edit or add information.
Email or call the prospect in one click, add comments and create a lead.
It's like working in a lead's window, while you are still prospecting.
